WareTactic — Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

2. Data processed by the app

WareTactic does not require an account and does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, location, or other personal information.

The app does not contain advertising, behavioral tracking, third-party analytics, or third-party advertising SDKs.

The app does not send game information or settings to the developer or to a WareTactic server.

3. Information stored locally

The app stores the selected language and the sound, music, haptic-feedback, and control-position settings locally on the device.

It also stores game progress locally, including completed levels, best and recent move counts, and completion counts.

This information remains on the device and is not accessible to the developer.

4. Device permissions

WareTactic does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, Bluetooth, or the advertising identifier.

The app does not request permission to track users across apps or websites.

5. Purpose of local processing

Local settings and results are used only to remember the user’s choices and progress and to provide the requested game functions.

Because this information is not transmitted to the controller, no server-side user profile or user record is created.

6. Sharing and international transfers

WareTactic does not sell personal data and does not share app data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

The app does not transfer its locally stored information to servers in other countries.

7. Apple services

Apple may independently process App Store, device, download, purchase, backup, and optional diagnostic information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. This processing is controlled by Apple, not by WareTactic.

Depending on the user’s device and backup settings, Apple may include locally stored app data in a device or iCloud backup. The developer cannot access these backups.

8. Retention and deletion

Local settings and progress remain on the device until the user changes or resets them or removes the app.

Saved results can be deleted with the reset-results option in WareTactic. Removing the app deletes its local data from the device, subject to backup and restore functions controlled by Apple.

WareTactic keeps no server copy of deleted app information.

9. Children’s privacy

WareTactic does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults. It has no accounts, chat, user-generated content, advertising, or social-network functions.

10. This privacy-policy webpage

When this page is opened, the hosting provider may create standard technical server logs, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser type, and user agent.

These logs are used only for website operation, security, and error diagnosis, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in operating a secure website. They are retained according to the hosting provider’s security and log-rotation settings and are not used for advertising or profiling.

11. Choices and rights

Users control the app’s local information directly through the app and their device. The developer cannot retrieve, correct, or delete information that was never transmitted to the developer.

For questions about privacy or the technical logs of this webpage, contact contact@waretactic.com. Where applicable, users may also complain to their competent data-protection supervisory authority.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if WareTactic’s functions or data practices change. The current version and date will always be published on this page.
